What makes a person who is a “church-goer” into a someone who is a part of the Church? Or simply put: What makes a Christian, a Christian?

Loaded questions, but they matter. They matter to God and because they matter to God, they are important to us. We have seen people try changing their look, actions, and behavior in an attempt to be part of the Church, but that process produces only two types of people: fake people or people who give up and leave the church. We want to share with you the truth, which can set you free. 

To start this journey on solid and consistent ground, you should know the answers to these questions.  The answers are one word and one work. The word is Jesus and the work is the gospel. In these answers we find our hope...and here's why. 

You can spend your entire life working to gain God’s favor only to be met with your failures and sin in front of the God who is perfect. OR God can start your life over clean and pure. Think about it! No longer are you trying to “catch up” as a result of your sin, but you are given God’s life for your own.
